This year we have processed part of the harvest according to the honey process method and we can offer you this special taste.
This psrticular roast was also awarded gold by the German Roaster Guild, which we are very proud of.
The main difference to the conventional method of washed coffee is that after removing the pulp, coffee cherries are spread out in the sun to dry.
So tha part of the mucilage and fruit remains on the bean and ferments and dries slowler thus requiring constant attention.
